An experiment in image distortion and manipulation with a collection of works from Houghton Library. These drawings, attributed to the artist A. Boycott, eerily depict the interiors of nineteenth-century London theaters.
This interactive image viewer simulates Boycott’s peculiar use of perspective and attention to detail, allowing the viewer to further magnify and warp sections of the image.

ABOUT
Ben Kazer is a designer, researcher, and artist living and working in Cambridge, MA.
He completed his B.S in Cognitive Neuroscience at Tufts University and a Master in Design Studies at Harvard Graduate School of Design, where he continues to serve as a critic.
